§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

(1) In the following we will inform about the collection of personal data while using our website, Personal data includes any data that that can be personally connected to you, i.e. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

(3) If a user contacts us via e-mail or contact form, the data you share with us (e-mail address and if applicable your name) will be saved in order to answer your inquiry. The data accrued in this context will be deleted after the saving of this information is no longer required, or the processing of the data will be limited if there is an obligation by law to preserve records.

(4) If we want to use your data for promotional purposes or if we have to resort to commissioned service providers for particular functions of our offers, we will inform you in detail about the respective occurrence as described below. In so doing we will also state the determined criteria of storage duration.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) During purely informational use of the website we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you want to view our website, we will collect the following data (so-called log data) which is technologically required in order to display our website and guarantee stability and security (legal basis Art. 6, (1), first sentence lit. f GDPR):

  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

  • Access status/http status code
  • Respective transferred data volume

(2) In addition to the above mentioned data, temporary session cookies will be saved to your computer when using our website. Cookies are small text files that are assigned to your browser and saved on your hard drive, through which specific information travels to a location that is set by the cookies (through us). Cookies cannot implement programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They serve to make the internet more effective and user friendly.

§ 5 Objection to or withdrawal of consent to process your data

(1) If you have consented to the processing of your data, you can withdraw consent at any time. A withdrawal such as this influences the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have expressed it to us.
